Deposits are processed instantly but withdrawals took nearly 48 hours to hit my account. Customer support was helpful in tracking it down, but the interface could be updated to show processing status.

The broker performs decently for standard daily trading. Charting tools are standard and spreads on EURUSD are around 1.1 pips on standard accounts. They offer a good variety of educational materials, though the customer support live chat can take up to 20 minutes to respond during high volume market sessions. Withdrawals take a full two business days to reflect in my bank, which is slower than other modern brokers but still acceptable since they have never missed a payout. Overall, a solid mid-tier broker.

I have been trading here for about 6 months now. Spreads on raw accounts are close to zero during liquid sessions. Depositing and withdrawing funds is fast and straightforward, usually processed within 24 hours.

I encountered severe slippage of over 5 pips during the CPI release which triggered my stop loss way too early. Spreads widen too much under volatility compared to other brokers I use. Be very careful trading news.

The mobile app keeps crashing during active sessions, which makes managing open trades extremely stressful. Tried reaching out to support but only got canned bot answers. Moving my funds elsewhere.
